We have not lived close to Sam and Odille in many years - since we left Washington for good in 1983 to move to Miami. Our memories of Sam when we first met him as a young man in ACU, was of a this sweet and nice person with a very gentle way about him, always smiling and not rushing his time with us. He enjoyed visiting us and our 5 children (the oldest 2 of them remember him very well) at home in Bowie, Md. and going with us to the beach and camping. I don't recall seeing him ever upset or rushed. He was calm, smiling, caring and a sweet man, full of the love of God. This is the way he will always be in our hearts. Sergio y Laly Rodriguez
